Destination: Moses Creek, 206 Bridge.

Directions: 206 runs from west of I-95 through US-1 to A1A at the beach on the southern end of St. Augustine and the northern portion of Crescent Beach.

Description: Moses Creek and the 206 bridge region of the ICW offer good fishing for reds, trout, and flounder. You will find numerous sandbars, flats, and oyster beds. The pilings at the bridge are also known to produce.

Difficulty: Easy.

Closest Bait&Tackle Shop: Coastal Outdoor Center.

Launches: There are several launches for kayak fishing.

  • L1 - On the southwest area of the bridge is an easy dirt launch and parking.
  • L2 - Coastal Outdoor Center. One of St. Augustine's premier kayak outfitters also offers bait&tackle and a launch.
  • L3 - Frank Butler Park Ramp. This ramp is north of the 206 bridge and offers ample parking and facilities.
